When Quinn Neudorf ’22 returned to Ridley College to speak with current students, he brought more than just stories from university — he brought a powerful message about how Ridley shaped his path to success.

A 2022 graduate now studying chemical engineering at Northeastern University, Quinn credits Ridley with giving him a strong foundation in both academics and life skills. From hands-on lab experiences to leadership roles in the cadet programme and theatre productions, Ridley provided him with opportunities that set him apart from his peers.

“Ridley gave me the easiest lift-off to the greatest position I could have hoped for,” Quinn shared. “The structure, the resilience, the technical skills — I didn’t realize how rare those experiences were until I got to university.”

His journey has taken him from studying abroad in Dublin to conducting advanced research at MIT. He attributes much of his confidence and capability to the time management, independence and academic rigour he developed at Ridley.

Quinn’s story is a testament to the school’s commitment to preparing students not just for university, but to lead a flourishing life. “Being part of the Ridley community gave me a head start,” he said. “And now, coming back, I hope I can help inspire the next generation to take full advantage of everything Ridley has to offer.”

Ridley College continues to foster a culture of excellence, leadership and global citizenship —qualities that help students like Quinn thrive long after graduation.
