We are excited to share special opportunities for members of the Ridley community to establish a legacy on Ridley’s campus through various naming opportunities. Whether marking a special occasion like celebrating graduation at Prize Day, honouring a classmate or memorializing a loved one, many individuals choose to establish a meaningful legacy on Ridley’s campus.
From a named chair in the new Learning Commons to a paver inscribed with your family name in the new quad and more, there are many ways that you can choose to recognize and celebrate the Ridley experience by creating a lasting, physical reminder of your family and graduate’s connection to the school on campus.

Tree ($1,000)From a named chair in the new Learning Commons to a paver inscribed with your family name in the new quad and more, there are many ways that you can choose to recognize and celebrate the Ridley experience by creating a lasting, physical reminder of your family and graduate’s connection to the school on campus. |
Chair ($1,000)There is an opportunity to name one of the chairs in the new Ridley Learning Commons. Students love to return and ‘find’ their chair. Limited chairs are available! |
Paver ($2,500)Add a paving stone that will be placed in the courtyard outside the newly renovated Iggulden Building. You can inscribe your family name or your Ridley student's name. |
Chapel Pew ($5,000)There are a very limited number of chapel pews available to be named. A brass plaque with the student or family’s name will be mounted on the end of the pew. |
Bench ($5,000)There are many locations around the Ridley campus where new benches are needed. A brass plaque with the student or family’s name will be mounted on the bench. |
2024 Graditude FundClass bursaries are a Ridley tradition, with graduating students starting their class award in their final year at the school. Support your child's class bursary by making a gift of any amount in their name to their "Grad"itude Fund. The 2024 Class Bursary will exist in perpetuity and support the Ridley experience of future students. |
Endowed Prize or Activity Fund ($25,000)Ridley has many endowed prize and activity funds which provide financial support and awards for academic, athletic, and co-curricular achievement. To endow a new activity fund or named prize requires a minimum investment of $25,000, which can be in the form of a one-time gift or multi-year pledge. |
Endowed Scholarship or Bursary ($100,000)Endowed funds exist in perpetuity and help ensure that Ridley remains a diverse community where all students can flourish. Ridley has established a $100,000 minimum commitment to create a new endowed scholarship or bursary (with the exception of class bursaries) in order to ensure that each award provides a reasonable value annually. This funding level may be reached through a one-time gift or multi-year pledge donation. |
Other naming opportunities and areas of support exist at Ridley (generally starting at the $25,000+ level for naming), and we invite you to reach out to discuss your philanthropic areas of interest at the school. All donations are recognized in our annual report and create a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.
