The Ridley Tiger Cub Juniors Squash Programme is an introduction to the sport for young aspiring athletes. Aligned with Squash Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development framework, the programme provides a supportive and inclusive environment for participants to build technique, sport-specific fitness and confidence both on and off the court. Each session is designed to balance skill elevation and fun, keeping participants engaged at every stage.
In summer 2026, Ridley College offers ambitious young squash players a unique development opportunity. Receive world-class instruction on technique, strategy, fitness and mental resilience under the direct guidance of Mike Way, Head Coach of the Harvard University Varsity Squash Team, and Dave Forgeron, Squash Canada Certified National Coach. Furthermore, experience the 2026 World Junior Squash Championships live. Watch the future stars of the sport compete, analyze their game and ignite your own champion’s mindset!
Sunday Morning Breakfast Club is an opportunity for RCRC members to enjoy round robin squash matches and connect with fellow members over coffee and muffins. Child care is available, making it easy for the whole family to participate.
Every Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00p.m.
Thursday Evening Squash Drop-Ins offer a relaxed environment for players of all levels to enjoy the game. Ridley students often join in the fun, making these sessions a unique way for members to experience the warmth and vibrancy of the Ridley family.
Every Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00p.m.
All members are invited to take part in Sunday afternoon Ridley Family Skates. Spend quality time on the ice with your family and engage with fellow members of the Ridley community.

Dave Forgeron is the Head Coach of the Ridley College Squash Team and Club Professional for the Ridley College Racquets Club (RCRC). As a Squash Canada Certified National Coach and USSRA Elite Level III Coach, Dave brings decades of experience to the court and works with athletes of all ages — from juniors as young as eight to masters in their seventies. He was also named Ontario University Athletics Squash Coach of the Year three times during his tenure at Brock University. Dave's passion for the sport and commitment to player development make him a cornerstone of Ridley’s squash programme.
