Camp Overview

In the first week of camp, athletes will train up to 3 hours per day on the ice, guided by Ridley’s coaching faculty and guest experts. Sessions emphasize technical refinement in jumps and spins, quality of skating skills, power, flow and performance components. Small-group coaching ensures athletes receive individualized attention, while programme development sessions help them strengthen the artistry, detail and confidence needed to compete at any level.

Off the ice, skaters participate in a range of classes that support their development as complete athletes. Strength and conditioning, flexibility training, dance, mental performance and off-ice jump workshops provide the foundation for long-term progress and injury prevention.

For international students participating in the two-week boarding camp, they can choose from a variety of camp offerings in the second week to enhance their boarding camp experience in Canada.
