ST. CATHARINES, Ont. — Ridley College will host elite collegiate squash teams from Harvard University, Princeton University and Western University for the inaugural Christopher Stevens College Squash Classic on November 15th and 16th. The event will take place at Ridley’s Jack Aylott Squash Centre and will mark the first time in over a decade that Harvard and Princeton squash teams will compete in Canada.
The event marks the official dedication of the Chris Stevens ’87 Court, named in memory of Ridley alumnus Chris Stevens ’87, former captain of the Princeton men’s squash team. The court was made possible through a fundraising effort that raised over $100,000 from nearly 100 friends and family members.
Ridley officially opened the Jack Aylott Squash Centre in 2024, and this event will serve as a formal unveiling of the Stevens Court and a showcase of high-calibre collegiate squash.
MATCH SCHEDULE
The court dedication ceremony will take place prior to Sunday’s match between Princeton and Western. Doors open at 11:00a.m.
