Based on a Long Range Strategic Plan that was commissioned, the committee formed and their mandate was to assess all aspect of Ridley life and create a blue-print that would move the School confidently into the twenty-first century. A conference was held at the school with nearly 200 participants with great success, and another round of questionnaires went out after to additional members of the Ridley Family. After all of the information was gathered, two days were spent with consultants and 30 additional participants revising the school’s mission statement and vision. Terry also championed the Class of ‘61 to donate jerseys to the inaugural girls hockey team in 1994.
