How to Book

Attendees can call 289-362-2400 for Holiday Inn Express and request the group code "RCF" or book online through the link above. Once you follow the link, you need to scroll to the check-in/check-out date sections, and the group code/room block will show up after you input the August 20th or 21st check-in and August 22nd check-out.

Conditions for Special Rate

Please secure your room(s) as early as possible to avoid disappointment in availability. There is no guarantee of availability leading up to the special group rate cut-off date of July 20. After the cut-off date, the booking link won’t work, and the special rate will no longer be available. You have 7 days before arrival to cancel or modify your booking without penalty.

Group Rate: $219 CAD + 13% HST + 3% MAT + 3.8% DPF per room*

There is no charge for children under 18 sharing the room with an adult, and $20 for each extra adult. Rates do not include breakfast.

Conditions for Special Rate

The cut-off date is July 21st, 2025. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and the next best available rate. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before check-in, or the credit card on file will be fully billed.

*MAT = Municipal Accommodation Tax; DPF = Destination Promotion Fee

Shuttle Service Schedule

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for all Flourish Conference guests staying at our partner hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The pick-up location will be the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express (HIE), but please note that the Hilton Garden Inn is right next door.

Wednesday, August 20th

12:00p.m. – Pick-up from HIE to Ridley
5:00p.m. – Return to HIE from Ridley
6:30p.m. – Depart HIE for Headmaster’s Marché at Ridley
9:30p.m. – Return to HIE from Ridley

Thursday, August 21st

7:00a.m. and 8:00a.m. – Pick-up options from HIE to Ridley
3:15p.m. – Pick-up at Ridley to Explore Niagara Activities
6:00p.m. – Pick-up at Niagara Parkway activities to Niagara-on-the-Lake activities to HIE to Ridley
