Upper School

Challenging Curriculum

Upper School academics are made up of challenging curricula; a combination of the Ontario secondary school requirements, the IB Middle Years Programme, and an option IB Diploma Programme.

This combination prepares students to meet the challenges of higher education at the most selective colleges and universities around the world.

The IB programme enhances the individual learning process by providing a unique inquiry-based education that inspires students to:
  • Think independently and drive their own learning
  • Become more culturally aware
  • Be able to engage with people in an increasingly globalized, rapidly changing society

The unique IB framework equips students to take an analytical approach to learning beyond academic study. It prepares them to apply the skills they have learned to address any issue or situation they encounter in their life and in the community in which they live.
