Ridleians play a vital part in running the school and in promoting corporate and personal awareness. Students in younger grades participate in our Leadership Development Programme and about fifteen grade 12 students are appointed School Prefects each year. Leadership opportunities also abound within the residences where House Prefects, House Captains, Social Convenors, and “Big Brother/Sister” programmes are also in place. There are many other areas of responsibility like captaining sports teams, assisting in the Library or Chapel, Peer tutoring, or participating in the wide variety of Community Outreach programmes.
