A past parent, whose three sons (Justin ‘98, Liam ‘01 and Keddy ‘03) all attended Ridley. Chandran, and his wife Beverley, who sat on the Board of Governors, became pioneers in the IT programme at Ridley by making a one million dollar donation to the school to help jump start the Chandran Institute. A successful businessman in the world of communication and international operations, he is a recipient of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal in Canada, and a Canadian International Fellow of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh's Awards.
