Lee Stanfield ‘90 • Energy, Oil and Gas - Human Resources
Lee Stanfield is a shared services subject matter expert in HR. She works with HR leadership to define, design and implement an optimized Service Delivery Model. Her deliverables include project management, process development and improvement, risk management, and most importantly - best practices guidance on the changes required to achieve better efficiencies and effectiveness.
Lee graduated from Ridley in 1990 and went on to study language at the University of Western Ontario. Her roles in the past have included Project Manager, Business Analyst in Oil and Gas, Health Care, Telecommunications.
Lee has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to human resources, project management, IT, and so much more, and would be a great mentor for anyone looking at a career in this area.
