Peter has over 25 years of experience exclusively in personal injury law and has been a full-time mediator since 2004. He has helped resolve over 700 personal injury lawsuits since that time. Prior to 2004, Peter practiced law representing both injured persons and insurance companies. He is experienced in numerous and varied types of personal injury claims including tort, AB, STD and LTD claims.
Peter graduated from Ridley in 1971, and proceeded to the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated in 1976 with an honours degree in psychology. He received his LL.B. from Queen's University in 1979 and practiced law from 1981 to 2003. In 2002, Peter attended the mediation program at Harvard Law School.
He is certified as a Chartered Mediator with the ADR Institute. He has written articles and given presentations on personal injury mediation. Peter is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Lincoln County Law Association, the Hamilton Law Association and the Hamilton Medical Legal Society.
