Paul Wang is an Old Ridleian from the class of 1973. After leaving Ridley, he graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Chemical Engineering degree. Paul has since spent the last 35 years in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) sector, primarily working on projects in petroleum and petrochemical industry with various international clients.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked for ABB Lummus, Shaw, Stone & Webster, Bantrel Canada, as well as WorleyParsons Canada. Included in his many responsibilities are the conceptual design of a unit in the petroleum or petrochemical complex, preparation and development of all the design documentation, supporting project management, and meeting with clients to review and explain the projects.
During the last 10 years, Paul’s major role has been serving as the technical lead and supervisor managing a team of process engineers on various projects.
