Scott graduated from Ridley in 1990. He went on to study at Carleton for three years before taking a break from his education in order to start his first business at age 23. He later returned to school at George Brown to complete diplomas in Business and Sport and Event Marketing.

Scott always had a passion for entrepreneurship, demonstrated by taking a risk to leave school to start a business. During his time as a university student, he also discovered a a passion for event organization. He enjoyed the scope and responsibility that came with organizing an event. With his hand in every aspect of organization, Scott found he was able to optimize any event for the intended audience.

He currently owns and operates Drink Inc., a business that runs alcohol based consumer shows. With events held mainly in Toronto and Southern Ontario, Scott produces the ideas for the shows and events that Drink Inc. exhibit. He is also responsible for identifying partners to work with, such as sponsors, vendors, etc.

Scott truly loves the event business, and any young alumni looking to start a career in event management and coordination would be well served speaking to Scott about this exciting industry.
