Emily Bradley Greenfield has always held a strong belief in a positive mission, a love of history, and a passion for content creation and strategic thinking. These passions and interests sparked a successful career in the non-profit industry.
 
Emily currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Communications for the Thomas Jefferson Foundation (TJF), the private non-profit that owns and operates Monticello. A museum, research institute, and UNESCO World Heritage Site, Monticello is committed to a dual mission of education and preservation.
 
Emily’s primary job responsibilities are to manage strategy for key foundation initiatives, including a multi-year fundraising campaign and an international exhibition, as well as act as chief speechwriter for the president and board chairman. Additionally Emily develops public campaign materials and other external content to reflect cohesive messaging, while cultivating strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and non-profit institutions to enhance TJF’s mission.
 
Prior to joining the TJF, Emily was the producer of Face the Nation on CBS News. She is an Emmy award-winning journalist with experience in live TV production and political news.
