Leslie Strong graduated from Ridley in 1985, before graduating from Carleton University with a degree in English. She is a certified as an Executive Coach, and has published a book titled The You Factor.
Leslie began her career transforming the way men and women communicate with each other in the workplace. She has facilitated workshops and coached individuals around the topic of communications. Once she started having children, she wanted to work less and work from home so she transitioned into 1-on-1 coaching. As her teenage children have grown, Leslie has now gone returned to working in organizations on a larger scale.
Leslie works with people to shift their mindset to provide them with different ways to look at their current circumstance in an attempt to create a powerful new way of being. She works one on one with clients, with teams of people, and has appeared as a keynote speaker.
Leslie would make a great mentor for someone looking to enter a career in communications, become an entrepreneur, or gain motivation for their current career, for a change in job, or someone looking to break into a new industry.
